I’m Jazmine Delgado, a proud California native and licensed Realtor® with a passion for helping people find their dream homes.

Having grown up in Solano County, I spent my early years in Fairfield before moving to Dixon in 2012, a place I’ve called home ever since. I’m the eldest of six in a lively family of eight, and I share my home with three wonderful dogs. When I’m not busy helping clients, you’ll find me enjoying a good book, staying active, attending concerts or relaxing by the water.

After graduating from Dixon High School, I pursued my passion for Real Estate and earned my license, joining Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty in 2021. I quickly fell in love with this career, drawn to the opportunity to guide first-time homebuyers, those looking to upsize or downsize, sellers, and individuals relocating in or out of California.

My approach is deeply rooted in flexibility, ensuring that I meet your unique needs. With a strong focus on staying current with market trends and specializing in social media marketing, I extend my services throughout Northern California, helping buyers and sellers secure the best possible deals.
